I love the leather stuff from vietnam. I bought this little elephant phone strap. So cute right?!

This is the mug I got from the handicap factory in vietnam. They made this from egg shell and sea shell. I like it alot.

I just got an ipod for myself. After my old one lost but now is found in the washing machine. hoho... These ipod is not as good as my old one. It looks like made of some cheap plastic which make iik iik sound when u click on it. But lucky I got it slightly cheaper with friend's help!

Vietnam - Ho chi Minh

This is so unprepared trip I ever been too. I booked the flight ticket like 1 months before the departure time. I informed my mom about it. But who knows suddenly my dad disagree on letting me go! He had never disagreed on my other trip but this. Because of that I didnt prepare anything, no hotel book, we didnt do research on where to go .. nothing!

So on 5am, Shallum, Roy, Lynn and me went to the budget terminal for the morning flight 8.30am on Tiger airway! We were not awake yet while we on board and we slept the whole journey there. These like simply lazy bump of people going away for simply travelling! hoho

When we reach there, we took cab to hotel and it cost us US$10!

We just told him to bring us to city and drop us at hotel recommended by GlenGwen(these name is so suitable for clothing brand name!). We got into some decent 2 star hotel @ city. It is US$35/room. Nice clean big bed hotel where everyday someone clean the room for u. We also got free breakfast. Quite worth it. Although initially we wanted to move hotel, but again, these lazy bump people like us, just dun bother to waste time to change to another hotel. So we stay at the same hotel for 5 days. haha..

We have no clue except to go to the Binh Tham market. So we decided to go there. After that.. we stuck on where to go! Sound so ridiculous. So we just walk and walk and walk for the first day around the town. So we gave up as we found nothing. lol.

While walking around, I found a shop where they sell the old photos and many other old old stuff. Its very artisitic in the way but also eerie.

We decided to go to the travel agent to ask for place of interest. And they told us "MEKONG RIVER". We went there on the next day. It is 2 hour bus ride plus 30 min boat. It's just a YELLOW RIVER. Indeed it is brown! Full of mud. They show how to make coconut candy. -.-|| And also interesting rice wine but taste disgusting. The lunch serve is delicious. after that, go back another 2 hour bus drive and 30 min boat UNDER THE HOT HOT HOT SUN! But it is fun when we were allow to try to row row the boat at the narrow river. And the people pass by will say, "give money give money". Pathetic. Vietnamese cannot speak english well, but when it come to the words MONEY, they can say it very fluently.

The next day we went to China town market. We heard it is very cheap at there compare to Binh Tham market. So we go there. It sold in bulk, so the seller dont even bother to entertain us. :( Somemore since it is not for tourist, they cant speak English at all. Oh gosh! Out trip there is quite a waste, but luckily I got to buy klipling bag that cost sg$10! wohoo.. so cheap~ ~ ~ It's Dong100,000.

Oh ya, the taxi there is freaking expensive. We had one day tour with this taxi driver and we have to pay him for US$80! But he brought us around, better than sitting in the bus. He brought us to the ThemePark, which is like far far away from town. Themepark got nobody!We feel like own it except we have to pay for every game. haha..

The 4D is the bestest. To make the movie real, they even have the thing to poke you on your chair. So painful la! poke poke poke during the show. WTH right?! See the little white dot on the chair. It poke me!

The themepark rollercoaster and all other game are close! Except the crocodile farm. So many of them there! Roy and Lum feed this crocodile with fish meat. Yucks.

This is the chinese dynatic. Which suppose to be the fake dynastic. Very bright and shining with gold colour. We sit at King and Queen chair with layman clothes. hohoo

We also went to cu chi tunnel. Its the tunnel made by vietnamese during the World War II. It's damn small and long tunnel underground. Shallum cannot go in for definate. Vietnam people are small build, probably about my size or slightly smaller even for the man. But the girls there are pretty, sexy and have very nice complexion!

That's the max he can go in. Hhaha.. he cannot enter the tunnel. This tunnel has been expanded for tourism purpose. Imagine how small the original tunnel.

We went to water puppet show! I hate the puppet, they looked so ugly. But it was quite a nice show.

Then out of nowhere got this guy looks like norman. I was so shocked. haha.. I think he miss lum too much that we went Vietnam to find lum. bwahahaaha.

On our second last day we rented bike to go around vietnam. US$7. U know why very cheap? Because driving or riding in vietnam is very scary. They have no traffic rules. The bike can just run at the people shop platform. When you cross the road, close your eyes and cross. The car and bike will find a way to 'Siam' from u! Oh ya, we went around using the small map we've gotten for free. And alot of road is not appearing on the map. As the result, we go to the wrong way and so lucky, Police saw it. Tada.. we got caught by police and kana sg$10 fine for each bike. hahaaha.

On the way back, I got no mood. I got food poisoning. Too much coffee and vietnam food smell, make me dizzy.
